Our menu is probably a little shorter than the average oriental restaurant, but we feel that we offer a complex and creative selection of foods from the far East region and we are confident that the slight reduction in quantity certainly lifts our ability to deliver up something special.
Our menu includes the classic Chinese favourites, our Nine Dragion Sweet and sour Chicken made with fresh pineapple chunks has a pungent sweetness that soaks through the sauce into the meat pieces, delicious. Our head chef has also contributed by introducing a little bit of fusion cooking, using herbs and spices not often associated with oriental cuisine.
And just to top it all of, for the true jet Setter, we have some travelled classics, traditional recipes straight from the streets and banquet halls of the exotic Far East. The traditional Hong Kong Roast Duck is not to be missed.
